We recognize that many of our customers depend on our sales force for consulting. However, as many facilities are still closed to visitors, we want to take our commitment to be available seriously.
Troubleshooting Help
If you are running into troubleshooting issues and your facilities are still closed for visits, do not worry! Our sales team is available by phone, email, or video call should you need it. Just reach out to your Technical Sales Manager to schedule a meeting.
Having difficulties gluing specific substrates? Our full serviced lab remains open to performing glue-ups to better help with a proper adhesive recommendation. Again reach out to your Technical Sales Manager to get our lab’s address for sending substrates.

Shipping
While we are still available to ship five days a week, we have found that consolidating to three days a week- (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) gives us a better chance of getting trucks to come for pickups.
Processing Orders
We continue to take your orders the same as before. Our order entry team is ready by phone, email, or fax. Emailing oe@lddavis.com is the best way for us to assist you in a timely manner.
