Not only were these products designed by our technical team with equipment operators in mind, but we worked closely with rigid box equipment manufacturers to hit the nail on the head with this cost competitive line of glues. 

Dyne Levels play a major role in proper adhesion, and here is why:

The Dyne Level of a material is called its surface energy. When glue is applied to a substrate, its “wettability” is impacted greatly by its surface energy and that of the substrate.  

Gelatin is the key raw material used in our protein cake glues (animal glue) and we receive this raw material from several different suppliers.   To ensure all gelatin meets our quality control standards, there are a number of tests performed when we receive it in our plant.  This assures the cake glues provided to our customers are consistent in quality. 

Before any protein glues (animal glue) leave our manufacturing facility, a lot of technical work is done behind the scenes. Not only do we test each and every raw material used in the manufacturing process, but we test the glues after they are in cake form and ready for use.
