Earlier this month our VP of Sales & Marketing, Stacey Kreisler, celebrated 13 years with LD Davis Industries. What an accomplishment! 

We sat down with Stacey to see how her time at LD Davis has been over the last 13 years.

How Is Animal Glue Made?

Animal glues (also known as hide glue, and protein glue) are made through prolonged boiling of pure bovine or porcine animal hides, connective tissues, and bones. 

When it comes to glue, how long is too long to keep it stocked on your shelves? 

Today we'll cover the recommended shelf-life for our different products: protein glues, hot melts, and liquid water-based glues.
